There are many smaller, independent winegrowers in the region who make PIneau and Cognac. A sign indicates whether they offer free tastings. Of course you can also buy their products there. Domaine du Mounier is located in Saint-Fort-sur-Gironde, where we purchase our local PIneau and bubbles.
